What is BMF?

Biomass molded fuel is a significant research result of the applying of fuel, which take advantage of the briquette machine and biomass pellet mill to process the agro-waste like straw, rice stalk, fire wood, sawdust, peasant shell, melon seeds, beet pulp, alfalfa sprouts, tree bark, weeds and other industrial waste wood. After the technical procures of crushing, mixing, extruding and drying and etc, the finished products are pellet fuel.  Raw material for BMF is found widely. The production technology is advanced that the finished pellets can be burn as fuel directly. Biomass molded fuels are famous for green charcoal. It’s a kind of clean energy.
 
As the fuel of boiler, the biomass fuel has long burning time, high temperature for heat furnace, economical and practical. At the same time, there is no pollution to the environment which could replace of the wood, high quality charcoal and natural gas. It’s a high efficiency fuel with energy conservation and environment protection.

Characters of biomass molded fuel (BMF):
1.As a kind of high quality uniform fuel, biomass molded fuel can be controlled automatically in the aspect of transport, storage, conveying and burning. The comfort level can be on a par with light fuel. 
2.Solid fuel. It has the features of high density, small volume, easy to store and clean. 
3.High volatile content, easy to burn, good combustion characteristics and high reburning ratio. 
4.Extremely lower sulfur contents which account for about 1/20 of fuel oil. It meets the environment standards without any measures of desulfurization and denitration.
5.Low dust contents. The conventional devices can meet the environmental protection request.
6.ZERO emission. The amount of CO2 content discharged from the biomass fuels is the same with the CO2 absorbed during growing process. It replaces of the fossil fuel and reduces the net emissions. According to Kyoto Agreement system, the biomass fuel expels zero CO2.
