The pre assessment cooperation is organized by the energy industry of rural energy Standardization Technical Committee, the assessment panel that comes from the energy research institute of National Development and Reform Commission and Energy saving stove Professional Committee of Chinese rural energy cooperation. The establishing of the standard fully considers the current situation of the development of formation fuel in our country, with reference to the related domestic standard, summarizing the experience of industry production, scientific, forward-looking and feasibility. The pre assessment agreed by the prequalification as one man.
