Good news was being heard from the development of biomass fuel. U.S.-China Cooperation on Energy and Climate change released a statement jointly on 13th January, China proposed a plan that China tried to come to the peak of the carbon dioxide emission until 2030 and made efforts to come to the peak early. Therefore, China and new economic climate report” which completed and published by Tsinghua University pointed out that, the growing demand of energy in China basically depend on the increasing supply of non fossil fuel before and after 2030. The message is a big stimulation for the biomass fuel market in China. Many private biomass fuel development enterprises are sharpen their knife and ready to grasp the emerging market, to get the opportunities for development. 
 
On 4th November, National Development and Reform Commission issued “National climate change plan (2014-2020), the special planning proposed that China’s no fossil energy accounts for about 15% of the proportion of primary energy consumption. The National Energy Bureau statistics showed that non fossil fuel consumption in primary energy consumption increased from9.1%in 2012 to 9.8% in 2013. This means that the proportion of non fossil energy consumption in the existing total consumption increased 5.2% in the future 6 years and it will double the proportion in 2030.

If China is going to realize the peak of the carbon dioxide emission in 2030, the arm of realizing the proportion of non fossil fuel account for 20% has to be realized. That means the supplying of new energy and renewable resources is up to 12 hundred million coal fuel. In other words, China will increase 8-10 hundred million kilowatts new energy and renewable resources for power generation in 2030 which is equal to the total installed capacity of coal fuel power stations.  
 
At present, biomass fuel is the main resources for developing the non fossil fuel. Biomass fuel accounts for 14% of the world primary consumption which is the 4th place of energy after coal, oil and gas in the world. It belongs to clean renewable energy. The relative specialists think that biomass energy is the most likely new energy alternative to fossil energy. 
 
According to market estimates, China is able to collect and use biomass resources which are equal to about 7.15 tons of standard coal. The figure is equivalent to about 20% of the total energy consumption in China. The national development and Reform Commission "National plan to address climate change (2014-2020)" pointed out that developing the biomass energy can make the implementation of biomass power generation installed capacity reach 30000000 kilowatts in 2030 and the policy on biomass energy industry is a major positive.
 
The related market research shows that the key to influence the biomass industry development is the upstream procurement management and the influence of the energy conversion efficiency of power generation equipment. The development of biomass industry needs to solve the difficult of raw material management and storage. At the same time, the design of boiler equipment which has high energy conversion efficiency becomes one of the key elements in the development of the industry. According to estimates, once biomass power generation industry breaks the bottleneck, it is expected to usher in the outbreak of the endogenous growth and the compound growth rate is up to 20% in the next ten years. 
The tendency of national policies on the positive matter energy strongly promotes the development of biomass pellet mill.
