Lack of materials is the tough question for the processing of biomass pellet. Before the pellet plant has been build, the collective of raw materials should be planed specifically. Collect the material locally with a large amount of them. During the purchasing or storage of the material, which elements are out of control? There are mainly three types of raw material, the first one is the agriculture waste and various energy plants; the second is the animal dejecta; the third is the life and industrial wastes. The above can be used as material for pelletizing.

1. Crushing machine

Small pellet mill is a kind of special equipment which takes sawdust, palm, peanut shell and other crops as raw materials and compressed them into pellets. The pellets produced by this kind of equipment have big density, high heat value, combustion resistance. Due to its small volume, simple operation, it can be used for making pellets at home.

Small pellet mill often refers to the flat die pellet mill that has small capacity of 50-400kg/h. It is often used at home or in small pellet plants because of its compact size and lower price. If the small pellet mill is used together with a pellet stove, then you can warm the house with your own biomass pellet fuel.
 


Large scale biomass pellet mill
