The causes of production decline of wood pellet mill

Wood pellet mill is a kind of machinery which applying to process sawdust. There are different problems with the wood pellet mill with the increase of usage time. Here are the causes of production decline of wood pellet mill:

 

1 Regulate the dip angle of wood pellet mill. The appropriate dip angle is beneficial to reduce the thickness of feedstock and it could realize blanket charging. As we all know, a large number of input of feedstock lead to heavy silting of them and reduce the efficiency of screening. It could even damage the sieve and it’s bad for the wood pellet mill.

 

2. Increase the powder of motors. Powder of motor is the main driving force of sieving and they are the main force of sieving. Proper increase of powder of motor could increase the output of wood pellet mill.

 

3. Moreover, change the parameter of screen

 

a. As we all know that the length of screen decides the screening efficiency and the width of screen affect the output of wood pellet mill. Then in order to increase the production, we could change the way of feeding. It is necessary to feed the feedstock along with the full width of screen. This could not only make full use of the screen but also avoid idle resources.

 

b. Increase the holed ratio: the feedstock quota per hour increase while the holed ration increases. It’s a profitable way to improve the result of screening and increase production. 

 

c. If it’s available, adopt the wet screening way. It’s not only increase output of sawdust pellet mill but also decrease dust pollution during screening. It’s good for environmental protection.

 

d. Decrease the ratio of pasty holes on the screen. It is acceptable to add more bounce balls to clean up the screen with the ultrasonic devices. If the hole on the screening is blocked, that will decrease the output of feedstock and reduce the production of wood pellet mill. It’s an ideal way to keep the holes on the screen totally unimpeded
