After operating for a period of time, there would be all sorts of problems of pellet machine, while most of which is not the quality problem of the device itself, but largely man-made. In fact, there are signs of the malfunction of pellet machine. We can avoid the problems after knowing these signs.



First, the particle surface of pellet produced by the pellet machine is uneven and even has a lot of extra wound. When that appears, it means there is something wrong with the blade of pellet machine. If the blade is in good condition, particle surface of pellets would be very smooth and almost with the same size.

Second, the surface of pellets is too smooth, this is also a problem, which can mean that the compression ration of ring die is smaller that users should enlarge the compression hole. Though the phenomenon is relatively rare, it should be avoid as far as possible in the operation. Before production, the first thing users need to do is to check whether there is any hard objects in the raw material. It is very important.

Third, high moisture content of raw material would often lead to blocking of pellet machine, so users need to test the moisture before production. If the moisture content of raw material is too high, it should be dried before processing in the pellet machine, otherwise it would increase the load of pellet machine, affecting its normal operation.

Fourth, mechanical crack in pellet machine itself. This kind of phenomenon is obvious. Generally, when this kind of failure appears, there would be large noise when running, then users should stop running for inspection. Most of the quality problems of pellet machine is caused by ultra-long time using of pellet machine, so we must pay attention to it when the pellet machine is running.
