An effective solution to output reduction of pellet machine

The output of pellet machine will gradually decrease after being used for a long time, which cannot meet a series of production requirements. It may caused by the damaged parts in the pellet machine due to improper operation or installation. In order to improve production of pellet machine, we can take the following measures:



1. We can adjust the pellet mill to the desired position to reduce the thickness of the material. As we know, too high feeding speed would cause serious accumulation of raw materials, not only resulting in low screening efficiency, but also damage the screen mesh.
2. Increases the power of motor in pellet machine. The power of the motor is the main source of screening. Appropriately increase the motor power can improve the production of pellet machine.
3. To adjust the mesh data of pellet machine. The length of the screen determines the filtration efficiency. Increase the opening rate of the screen of pellet mill can make more material passes hourly. If the screen is blocked, the amount of material to pass through the screen would be reduced, thus reducing the output of pellet machine. Keep the screen hole unimpeded is also a good way to increase the production.

When using the pellet machine in hot weather, the operator need to pay attention to the following three point:
1. Check whether the power supply is connected before starting the pellet mill. It can not only protect the pellet machine itself, but also ensure the personal safety, because if there was a problem in power supply, it is likely to make the pellet machine and adapter burned;
2. When processing materials with pellet machine, due to the size of materials are different, the size of screen mesh is also different, so does the load of the machine. Thus, the machine need to be maintained after using a certain time;
3. Don't shake the pellet machine when it is working, otherwise the screen would also shaking and make the product produced unqualified.
