Proper use of roller in biomass pellet machine

The use and maintenance of the roller in biomass pellet machine is an important factor that would affect the service life of the ring die as well as the normal production, so when in use of the roller, proper operation in each link is quite important. When the roller is removed from the biomass pellet machine, the operator should check the wear on it and make necessary repair and maintenance.


 
As we mentioned earlier, the new ring die must be used with the new roller shell, which refers to the roller shell just taken out of the warehouse instead of the one that has been used for a few days but still looks new, because the two sides of the roller shell would wear in different degrees after using for a few days, which would be ignored easily by us. When the new ring die is used with the roller shell, the discharging of straw pellets from the holes on both sides of the ring die would be slow, even no straw pellets can be produced. As the extension of the using time, due to the slow discharging on either side of the ring die, it would produce less wear, thus higher than other places. Then, the guide mouth on both sides would also wear gradually. As a result, the straw pellets produced would be in different sizes.In this case, if the operator does not repair the ring die, but change another roll shell for using continuously, then the capacity of the ring die would be even lower. The capacity will not be improved even if changing the new roller shell, because the ring die face has been uneven and can not well cooperate with the working face of the roller.
 
When in use of the roller, several roller shells can be used in turns, which is good for the flatness of the working surface of ring die, because we all know that the ring die face of sawdust pellet machine is more smooth, the the production of straw pellets would be higher with longer service life, and the quality of straw pellets is relatively stable. The method is that when the new ring die is used with the first roller shell, replace the roller shell when 50% of its serve life is left. Then, use the second new roller shell and replace it still when use 50% of its service life, and changing with the third roller shell. After using the third roller shell in the same way, put the former old roller shells into use and guarantee the ring die can be used with relatively flat roller shell before the service life of 60% to keep the working face of ring die smooth with balanced pressure. If only two roller shells are used with the new ring die, the second roller shell can be completely used up before being replaced with the first old roller shell.
