1. Please read the content in this manual carefully before using the pellet machine. Operate the machine in strict accordance with the procedures and order. The installation, operation and maintenance of pellet plant should be made according to the requirements.
2. The working field of pellet plant should be spacious with good ventilation, equipped with reliable fire protection equipment. smoking and open flame are prohibited in the work place.
3. Idling for three minutes each time after starting the pellet machine. When the machine works normally, put materials into the pellet machine. Please be sure to clear away the hard stuff in the raw material. There should be no stone, metal, inflammable and explosive goods into the hopper to avoid damage to the machine and the operator.
4. It is forbidden to remove the hopper when starting the machine to prevent the material from flying out and hurting the operator.
5. In the normal operation of pellet machine, do not put the hand into the hopper or stir materials with other tools so as to avoid danger. At the end of work, feed a little wet material gradually before stopping the pellet machine for smooth discharging of pellet machine in the next shift.
6. In the turning process of pellet machine, if there is any abnormal noise, it is necessary to stop the machine to check immediately.
