Grinding of new ring die in sawdust pellet machine

Before the ring die of sawdust pellet machine leaving the factory, the die holes have been polished with the reamer, but it hasn't reached the mirror smoothness standard in microcosmic level with the special materials (oxide layer) left in heat treatment, therefore, when in use of the ring die, powder, grease and fine sand should be used for the grinding of the ring die.



Take certain amount of powder (oil rice bran is the best choice) and add around 4% of water according to the moisture content of power, then add the right amount of grease and stir evenly. Grasp the material with hand, the material should be loose when open the hand (a little wet than the material in the steam adjustment of the normal production). First, flush the ring die with the mixed material for about three minutes. When the aperture ratio is above 98%, fine sand can be added for washing and grinding. The amount of fine sand added should be 1/5 or 1/4 of the amount of grease and add separately of more than 4 to 5 times. The operator should observe the change of current each time when adding fine sand. The current shall not exceed seventy percent of the standard current. When the discharge of sawdust pellet machine is normal and the current is stable, the operator can add the fine sand again. 

Observe the discharge condition, if the material is not that dry, and there is smoke in the discharging, it should be caused by the too high material temperature. Then, the operator can make the material cool off and then flush the ring die again; If the materials become too dry and the vibration of sawdust pellet machine is significant when washing, then the operator should add some grease appropriately to prevent the blockage of ring die or break of the safety pin in biomass pellet machine. Grinding for 20-30 minutes after adding the fine sand, and then squeeze out the material containing fine sand in the die holes with oil plants, and fill the die holes with oil plants. When the aperture ratio is above 98%, clean up the machine. Since the clearance of the roller is easy to be enlarged in the flushing process of ring die, in order to ensure the smooth production of sawdust pellet machine after feeding, the operator should also check and adjust the clearance of the roller.
