The quality of pellet mill is one aspect that users care most when choosing and purchasing the equipment. 1. The fixed seat of pressure roller: the main function of the fixed seat of pressure roller is to support the eccentric shaft of the roller and bear the reaction force of rolling materials. Users should mainly check its strength and rigidity, especially whether the casting module is strong and whether the stress is uniform.
2. The main shaft and transmission part: mainly check whether the two parts are alloy steel manufacturing and alloy casting.
3. The die: check whether the die is designed with the structure of shock resistance and high stability, whether forged by alloy steel material with high wear resistance. The manufacturing of the die in pellet mill is complex, thus it is easy to appear omissions. Users should also check whether the die is in good condition before buying.
4. The adjusting device: check whether the adjusting device is suitable and whether it is easy to adjust and whether the clearance of the adjusting roller is proper.
5. Gear: the gear is an important part of the drive power so that users should emphatically check whether the speed of the gear can be up to standard and whether the cycle is normal.
6. Lubrication system: the lubrication system is directly related to the working efficiency of pellet mill, and it is also important to reduce the wear of each part. Users should check whether the lubrication system can be able to work properly carefully.
 
If the pellet mill is not used for a long time, it can not be stored at random, which could bring fatal injury for the pellet mill. The pellet mill should be placed in a dry, clean and ventilated place in order to prevent the internal part of the pellet mill from being affected with damp. In addition, the machine parts of pellet mill should be cleaned to remove the residue, which can guarantee the pellet mill from being affected in the later work.
 
In order to prevent the pellet mill from aging, the belt of the belt conveyor should be removed and cover the surface with plastic wrap, and then stored in a dry place and keep a certain distance with the ground. Since the rubber parts in pellet mill are easy to be affected with damp, if not handled in time, cracks may appear on these parts or fracture in more serious cases.
