Disassembling and cleaning process of pellet plant

Pellet plant has been known and applied in many places around the world at present. The disassembling of pellet plant must follow the principle of instructions and users should not remove the part of pellet plant at random, which may resulting in all sorts of problems of pellet plant. In order to avoid unnecessary trouble, the following six points must be kept in mind in the disassembling process of pellet plant. Users should be clear about the structure of the machine or component to be dismantled, avoiding damage to the parts.
 
1. The machine should be disassembled in reasonable order, usually from the attachment to the main parts and from the outside to the inside. First, disassemble the machine into assembly and disassemble the assembly into assembly unit then into parts.
2. Get ready for assembling when disassembling. In order to improve the assembly efficiency and ensure the correctness of the assembly, marks should be made and checked in the disassembling process.
3. After disassembling, the parts should be stored according to the material properties and the degree of precision of the parts.
4. The dirt and oil on the surface of machine parts should be cleared before disassembling and they should be kept clean in the disassembling process.
5. Suitable tools should be used when disassembling in order to avoid the parts damage or deformation.
6. Disassembling the part according to the need as less as possible. Do not disassemble the part that is not allowed to remove.
