Daily maintenance of pellet plant

Pellet plant has been vigorously promoted and used in the breeding industry. But the daily maintenance of pellet plant may not be known by everyone. The following is an introduction of the daily maintenance of pellet plant.



1. Use ring die and roller of high quality. Eliminating the use of inferior ring die which is out-of-round and has rough inner holes. Choose the ring die with proper compression ratio according to different formula to ensure smooth discharging of the ring die and avoid increasing of power consumption and reducing of capacity;
2. Iron and impurity removing of raw material must be made. Clean the iron removal equipment each shift, avoid foreign bodies from entering into the ring die, resulting in the vibration of machine body and crack of ring die;
3. Overload production is not allowed. The production can't exceed the withstand working ability of pellet plant, otherwise it would lead to the motor damage and the acceleration of parts wear, shorten the service life of pellet plant.
4. Repair and replacement of the screen in pellet plant. Screen mesh is made of steel sheet or iron sheet punching. When the screen wears or breakdown by foreign body, if the damage area is not large, riveting or tin soldering method can be used to repair; if the damage area is large, you should change a new screen. When installing the mesh screen, turn the side of mesh with burrs inwards and smooth side outwards, and the screen and screen frame should fit tightly. In the installation of mesh piece, its lapping layer crops for rotation should follow the direction of rotation to prevent the material stuck in the lap joint.
5. Replacement of tooth claw and hammer of pellet plant. In the crushing parts, the crushing tooth claw and hammer are the vulnerable parts of pellet plant, also the main parts affecting the crushing quality and productivity. The crushing tooth claw and hammer should be replaced timely after wearing. When replacing the tooth claw of tooth claw type crusher, you should first pull the disc out. Before pulling, you need to open the round nut locking plate on the back of disc. Unscrewing the round nut with the hook spanner and pull the disc with a special tool. In order to guarantee the balanced operation of the rotor, the complete set should be replaced and static balance test should be done after replacement to make the crusher work stably. The nut must be tightened when assembling the tooth claw and do not forget the spring washer. Qualified parts should be used, and the weight difference of a single tooth claw should be no greater than 1.0 to 1.5 grams.
6. The bearing lubrication and replacement of pellet plant. The bearing should be cleaned after working for every 200 hours of the crusher. If the bearing is lubricated with engine oil, the new oil added should full 1/3 of bearing gap and not more than 1/2. Before operation, screw up the cover type oil lid. When the bearing wears or get damaged severely, it should be changed in time and pay attention to strengthening lubrication. When using the tapered roller bearings, pay attention to check the axial gap of the bearing and keep it within 0.1-0.3mm.
