Common troubleshooting methods of wood pellet mill

1. Too low output or even no discharging of material: it may caused by the use of die for the first time, its hole finish is poor; aging or serious wear of the roller or die; the moisture content of material is too high or too low; too large clearance of the roller and die; aging or skid of triangular belt, etc. It can be solved by grinding material containing oil and working for a period of time, then the production of wood pellet mill can be increased; replace the roller or die; adjust the material moisture; tighten the bolt of roller; replace the belt, etc.
2. Too much powder in the pellet: due to the low moisture content or serious wear of roller or die, etc. It can be solved by increasing the moisture content or replacing the die.
3. Rough surface of pellet: too large moisture content of the material or the die is used for the first time. It can be solved by reducing the moisture content; grinding repeatedly with oil plants, etc.
4. Abnormal noise: this may caused by hard object falling into the wood pellet mill or bearing damage, loose screws, etc. It can be solved by stopping and cleaning the machine; replace the bearing; tighten the screws, etc.
5. Suddenly stop of wood pellet mill: this is because the too large load of wood pellet mill; blown fuse; foreign object fallen into the machine; low voltage or motor power. Then, you need to increase the clearance of the roller and die appropriately; stop and clean the machine; replace the wire or motor of wood pellet mill.
