Development prospect of fuel made by biomass pellet mill of Jilin province

In recent years, many countries in the world have speeded up the research and development of renewable energy. In 2012, the amount of straw resources collected in Jilin is about 36 million tons, the total amount of energy utilization each year is about 12 million tons, rather to 6 million tons of standard coal. "Sweden's biomass energy ranks the first place of its energy consumption structure, which has been higher than fossil fuels. There is only one Swedish policy: fossil energy tax. I think now is the best time to impose coal tax, because the price of coal falls now and it has brought environmental pollution. The emission of 670 thousand small boilers around the whole country per year is 1.8 billion tons of standard coal. How do you solve this problem? Carbon tax should be imposed on fossil energy. It is worth noting that in our country, raw materials of biomass pellet mill and biomass resource utilization are still facing the problems of high collection cost, immature price system and missing of related environmental emission standard. Zheng Jianlin, deputy director of Energy Bureau in Jilin province took corn stalk as an example and pointed out that the future direction for the development of biomass energy source is diversified, and our country should also intensify basic research efforts in the field of renewable energy.

 

"We used to make alcohol with corn, which is limited in our country now. Corn straw is going to be used to make alcohol in the furture and it has been particularly successful in the United States. Future utilization direction of corn straw with biomass pellet mill is the product of universal. The products produced by biomass pellet mill includes agricultural feed and energy products, which can also be devided into solid products like pellet, power generation products and gasification products. So there must be 5 to 6 branches for more than 40 million tons of straw in Jilin for returning farmland to forest, feed, chemical and energy."
