1. Before debugging the biomass pellet mill, you need to clean the debris left in the installation of biomass pellet mill and check whether the steam pipe used have decompression and hydrophobic function to ensure that the required dry and saturated conditioning steam in the process of granulating, and ensure 0.058-0.4MPA steam in the pressure reducing valve.
2. Before starting the machine, the space between the ring die and the roller should be adjusted. The space can not be too small, or the roller and die would contact directly, which would shorten the service life of the roller and ring die, increase the dust and decrease the yield in the production.
3. When raw materials are fed into the equipment, it is not easy to enter excessive materials immediately. Generally, the feed quantity would reach the ideal value after 5 to 10 minutes when the material gets into the machine.
