How to check and maintain the biomass pellet mill?

Biomass pellet mill is an essential equipment in the production of biomass pellets. Then, how to check and maintain the biomass pellet mill?


 
Replace the products or finish the production every day:
1. Inspection work: clean the magnet in the feeding port;
2. Clean the rotating wing of the blocking material sensor;
3. Check the temperature sensor;
4. Check the suction device;
5. Clean the machine and the environment.
 
Check the adjustment and wear of the roller at least once a week after 50 hours operation of biomass pellet mill. After 250 hours operation of biomass pellet mill, check at least once a month:
1. Check the tension of triangular belt (the first checking time should be after working for 2 hours and 24 hours);
2. Check the blade wear in the conditioner;
3. Adjust the abrasion of the scraper and the blade;
4. Check the abrasion of the scraper.
 
After each 1000 hours of operation of biomass pellets making machine:
1. Check the position (clearance) of ring die in the wearing ring;
2. Check the clearance of the main bearing at least once every quarter;
3. Check the gap of roller bearing when adjusting the roller after changing;
4. Check the bearing on the main shaft of the roller when removing the roller;
5. Check the isolation ring when removing the main bearing.
 
Lubrication requirements of the emergency bearing sleeve in the rack:
1. Lubricate the roller at least once every 4 hours of continuous operation. It is also recommended to apply a small amount of lubrication every 1 hour of operation (butter the roll at the end of each process - to prevent material from entering. As the butter in the roll cools, it shrinks and pulls the material into the bearing).
2. Lubricate the spindle bearing every 8 hours.
3. Change gear oil every 2000 hours or every 6 months.
4. Check the oil level of feeder drive device once a week and add a little oil to the roller chain drive.
5. Lubricate the bearing of the mixer and feeder shaft once a month.
6. Lubricate the holder of cutting tool once a day, and lubricate it manually for convenience.
