Application Scope and Features
1.The LSS series of horizontal screw conveyer are a type of mechanical conveying equipment with fixing devices, suitable for either horizontally delivering granules like grains, oil plants and feeds as well as powdery materials or slantingly conveying them in approximately horizontal way(the dip angle≤200 degrees), with the delivering distance reaching 40m.
2. This type is less suitable for materials with big foreign matters and impurities as well as easily corrosive, adhesive and agglomerating substances. The environmental temperature of running shall be within from -200℃ to 500℃ and that of material delivery shall be below 2000℃. What’s more, shaggy materials like rice and easily cracked ones like rice are less appropriate either.
3. Features of the conveyer go as follows:
3.1 The whole machine, except for the wall-type bearings, is made of stamping parts of steel plate to save labor and materials
3.2 Simple structure of dust isolation is also adopted in the wall-type bearing pedestal at the outlet end for safety and reliability.
3.3 Both clockwise rotation and counterclockwise one for the spiral part are optional. The inlet and outlet ends in the wall-type bearing pedestal can be exchanged. Therefore, the edge in flexibility accordingly above is quite remarkable.
3.4 Thanks to the adoption of connecting sleeve in a longitudinally split way, no need to remove even a single bearing when the screw shaft is dismounted, and easily maintenance can also be guaranteed.
