Bucket Elevator
The Scope of Application and Features
TDTG Bucket Elevator, a type of fixed conveying equipments at low speed, is suitable for vertically lifting grain granules, particles, powdery materials and cleaning part of Pellet plants rather than for lifting in temp of above 60℃, and no oversized impurities, materials with oil infused surface and corrosive substances. Its features go as follows:
1. For convenient maintenance, pores shall be opened on the side plates of the machine seat and tapered hub shall be added on the bearings.
2. It is reliable to link shaft with bottom wheel and great wheel respectively via the keys.
3. Adopted double row self aligning ball bearings can be commonly used on machine head and seat.
4. The flanged mouth of winnowing pan can resist much wear and tear.

Note: 1.It is suggested that the maximized height of bucket elevator should be 25m.
