How to choose the supporting machinery for the biomass pellet plant
The operation of wood pellet mill or any kinds of biomass pellet mill all includes the steps of crushing, drying, pelletizing and cooling. On the basis of production capacity and pelletizing performance, three model of machine can be used, they are flat die type, ring die type and horizontal ring die type. Meanwhile, the features of material decided the requirement of production equipment. When producing high moisture content material, it is necessary to drying them before pelletizing. After drying, the moisture content of sawdust is about 10-17%. According to the production capacity and quality standard, the users can choose ring die pellet mill and flat die pellet mill. Comparatively speaking, the arrangement of large scale pellet mill is more complicated, it needs to increase the chipping, dedust device, to ensure the production efficiency and clearness of work place. Below are the wood pellet mill production line one ton per hour, the material is log, the equipment what we choose by turns are: chopping machine, crushing machine, drying machine, pellet making machine, cooling machine and package machine.

1.Crush
At first the collective materials need to crush, and the size of large particle should be crushed to 30-50mm which is advantageous to the compress and pelletizing.
2.Drying of material
The crushed material are conveyed to the drying machine through the conveyor, the moisture content of feedstock is lower to 15-20% in the drying machine, to meet the requirement for pelletizing.
3.Pelletizing and formation
Biomass pellet mill is the equipment which can process eucalyptus, birch, cottonwood and fruitwood, as well as crops straw and bamboochip crushed as Sawdust bran as biomass fuel. Biomass pellet mill adopt international advanced manufacturing technology, it aim at the coarse fiber content with the disadvantages of bad pelletizing texture and low efficiency. 4. Collecting, cooling and package of pellet
The feedstock are compressed and formed in the pellet mill and transmit to the air cooling machine through the transverse conveyor and slant conveyor for cooling process. The pellet is cooled to meet the temperature requirement for packing. The cooled finished products enter into the package for weighting through the elevator. The packaged pellet fuel enters into the warehouse by hacking machine. Thus, the whole production line is completed.
