The length of screen decides the screening efficiency and the width of screen decides the output of wood pellet mill. So we can adjust the feeding method to increase the yield. So the feedstock must be fed along with the full width of the screen. It not only increases the yield but also make full use of the screen to avoid of idle resources.

1. Increase the power of motor: the electric motor is the main power resources for screening and the main driving force for screening. Proper increase of motor power can improve the output of wood pellet mill.
2. Increase the aperture ratio of screen: the bigger the aperture ratio of screen, the more the feedstock passes through the screen every hour, which is an advantageous to improve the screening efficiency and increasing the output of wood pellet mill
3. If the condition is permitted, wet screening method can be adopted which can not only increase the yield but also reduce the dust emission and air pollution. It is favorable for environmental protection.
4. Adjusting the dip angle

As we all know, overlarge feeding causes the serious accumulation of materials which not only lower the screening efficiency but also damage the screening cloth. It is bad for screening.
5. Lower the ratio of batter holes
Increasing the bouncing balls to clean the screen and increase the ultrasonic device. If the holes are blocked that can lower the amount of feedstock passing though the screen which is a good way to keep the smoothness of screen holes and improve the output.
