The reason for unstable discharging of wood pellet mill

As more and more clients come to understand the wood pellet mill, many people begin to engage in this business. The quality of pellet mill is not standard with various kind diversities. Many pellet mills can make pellet normal when the machine are tested by the factory, but the clients came across various kinds situation when they use the machine themselves. The common problem is the unstable discharging of materials at home use. The reason for not discharging is not complicated. It mainly includes the below reasons:
 

A.  The problem of die. The die of a new machine should be running in, so the new machine require to running in through adding the feed combined with the grease( 5kg feed, 1.5kg sand and 2 kg machine oil are mixed with water). The moisture content is usually controlled between 4-6%, the clearance between the compression roller and the die should be about 1mm. After adjustment of the rollers, the fixed screw should tighten to the end (if the die is blocked deadly, the droller should be used to smooth the hole for feeding)

B. Check up the cutter mouth and the filter cloth, and the gap between them should be proper. 

C. Motor of the pellet mill rotates in the reverse direction. It is dangerous for that. Be careful!

D. It has nothing to do with the rotating direction of motor when the machine is discharge sometimes while sometimes not. It must have relation with the aged die of pellet mill.
