FAQ of sawdust pellet mill

We can’t guarantee that there is no trouble with machinery during use. Excellent mechanical products also have problems for a long time. Sawdust pellet mill go wrong over time just like any other machinery.

 

If the output of sawdust pellet mill is reducing comparing with before, we have to consider that rotor blade is not sharp any more. Pellet dose not crush the material if the blade without proper adjustment. 

We have to consider that the rotor blade is not sharp enough when we feed raw material particularly difficult. Firstly, one way to solving this problem is to fix or polish the blade. Secondly, adjust the space of blade between 2mm to 3mm. Thirdly, angle of the blade is above 30 degree. Feeding process is so fast that the machine works over load. In order to solve the problem, we should lower the speed of feeding or polish the blade.

 

Some of those pellet mill machine work with heated bearings. We have to find out what’s going wrong with this machine. The major reason is that there is no grease in the bearing seat. Or the seat is not flat, the bearing is damage, the belt is too tight. One way to solving this problem is lubricating the bearings, balancing the bearing seat, or adjusting the bearing belt.
