Main application of wood pellet produced by wood pellet plant

As a kind of new energy, wood pellet slowly affects people's lives. The application of wood pellet produced by wood pellet plant can be mainly divided into three aspects:



1. Small pellet stoves used for home heating and energy supply of life. Biomass pellet fuel is mainly used in northern Europe. Since there is no related product development, thus its domestic application is few.
2. Direct combustion of raw biomass, mainly used in middle and small boiler. Since the fuel is used without processing, which saves the cost of investment. This kind of boiler is mainly used in domestic and takes industrial waste as the main fuel with extensive feeding pattern and artificial feeding way. It has the weakness of serious furnace air leakage and there are hidden security risk, and the overall efficiency of the boiler is lower.
3. Rough processing of raw material for power or steam generation after direct combustion. For example, make the straw broken and then use the conveyer (pneumatic conveying or mechanical conveying) to send the materials into the combustion chamber.

There is no doubt that the appearance of wood pellet plant has great impact on the whole market. However, there are still some shortcomings existed in the wood pellet plant. Then, what is the development direction of wood pellet plant in the future?
1. At present, most of the wood pellet plant still need manual operation, perhaps with the development of science and technology, soon there will be full automatic pellet plant without manual operation available.
2. Improvement in the production of wood pellet plant. At present, the maximum yield of single pellet machine is rarely more than 10 t/H, and the pellet production line would only produce dozens of tons per hour. For customers who have higher production requirement, they need to order several sets of pellet machine to meet the full demand, but it would increase the space occupation, increasing a large part of the cost of production. The breakthrough in the production of pellet machine is the only way that must be passed in the future development.
3. The function diversification of wood pellet plant, that is, the multi-usage of wood pellet plant. Although pellet plant can be used to process straw, peanut shells and other crops, specialized wood pellet plant should be used to process wood chips. In the future, there will be a real multi-functional pellet plant, combining the function of feed, organic fertilizer and biomass pellet production.
4. The improvement of the pellet molding. Currently, the pellets produced by pellet plant sold on the market tend to appear crack and unsmooth surface. More seriously, even powders can be extruded these are inevitable with the technical level at present, but we believe that the molding of wood pellet plant would be improved greatly in the near future.
