1. The biomass pellet machine should be fixed on the base of cement due to the long time operation. If the work site need to be changed often, the pellet plant and motor should be installed on the frame made of angle iron. If the pellet plant is driven by diesel power, then the power of diesel engine should be slightly larger than the power of wood crusher machine, and the pulley groove of them should be consistent. The pulley end should on the same plane.
2. After installation of the pellet plant, users need to check the fastening condition of each fastener and tighten the loose part timely.
3. Check whether the belt elasticity is appropriate and whether the motor shaft and the axis of biomass pellet machine are parallel.
4. Before starting the pellet machine, turn the rotor by hand, and check whether the operation of the tooth, hammer and rotor are flexible and reliable and whether there is collision in the shell. Check the rotation of the rotor and lubrication condition of the motor and pellet plant.
5. Do not change the pulley casually in case of explosion of the crushing chamber caused by high speed rotation or rotation of low speed impacts the working efficiency.
6. Make the crushing machine idle first for two or three minutes after starting. no abnormal feeding again after work.
7. Pay attention to the working condition of the biomass pellet machine at any time during operation. The feeding of material should be even in case of blocking the machine. Don't make overload running for a long time. If phenomenon like vibration, noise, excess temperature of bearing and the machine body and material spraying outward are found, the operator should immediately stop and check the pellet plant.
8. The crushing material should be checked carefully to avoid copper, iron, stone or other hard objects mixed into the crushing chamber and cause the operation accident.
9. When feeding, the operator should stand on one side of biomass pellet machine in case of injuring the face by the rebound material.
